TERMS & CONDITIONS – FLAWLESS AUTO DETAIL
1. Services
Flawless Auto Detail provides professional vehicle detailing services including but not limited to:
• Interior & exterior detailing • Paint correction • Ceramic coatings • Specialty cleaning services
2. Appointments & Cancellations
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or operational issues • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
3. Pricing
• Prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition • Additional charges may apply (excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.) • Final price will be confirmed upon inspection
4. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Clients must disclose:
• Excessive dirt or biohazards • Pet hair • Mold, odors, or spills
Failure to disclose may result in additional charges or service refusal.
5. Personal Belongings
• Clients must remove all personal items from the vehicle • Flawless Auto Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged items
6. Damage Disclaimer
While we take extreme care:
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage• We are not liable for issues related to: o Worn painto Weak trims o Electrical issues o Aftermarket installations
7. Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied:
• You must notify us within 24 hours• We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue
8. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion • We accept cash, card, zelle or wire transfer• Deposits may be required for certain services and online bookings
9. Mobile Services (if applies)
• Customer must provide safe access to location • Access to water/electricity may be required
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
• Conditions are unsafe • Vehicle condition exceeds service scope • Customer behavior is inappropriate
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
